We offer a full onsite installation service for all of our digital solutions by trained members of our team. Furthermore, we understand that it is common for guests to be resident on the site. Therefore, our engineers understand the need for a fast, effective service with minimal disruption. We can cover all areas of the country and ensure good and reliable service. Once the system is up and running, we conduct a full handover with the local team before obtaining signatures on the completion certificate.
In addition, once we install your system you don’t have to be burdened with creating and maintaining content. Our in-house design team can create and upload all of your content for you via the cloud.
Installation & Maintenance Services:
Our close relationship with leading suppliers, such as Samsung, Philips, LG and our value range allows us to offer 3 or 5 year warranty on all TVs purchased and installed by Hotel TV Company.
Our TV Maintenance Service includes:
- A minimum of 3 year warranty for all TVs purchased from us
- 3 year warranty for selected Samsung & LG hotel TVs
- 5 year warranty for selected Philips Hospitality TV models
- Point of contact for all repairs & service calls under warranty
- Local engineers on hand for hotel TV installation
